My name is Vittoria and I have been a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor for six years.
I started my fitness journey around 10 years ago with the same goals most people have: I wanted to look and feel better and gain confidence in my body and in my life.
I had recently become a mum and I was struggling to find time to focus on myself and my needs.
I started going to the gym two-three times a week while my baby was at nursery.
I didn't really know what I was doing but with patience and help I started seeing results.
Something in me had changed: I had started loving my body and the way bodies work.
Anatomy, physiology, nutrition, mechanics...I was totally hooked.
So I decided to pursue a career in fitness and got my qualification as PT.
10 years and few qualifications later here I am today using my knowledge and my passion to help people regain control over their bodies and minds, to feel happy and healthy, to face life with confidence.
